Job Description
Zensar Technologies is looking for Learning Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. "Training Coordination : Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and events, including scheduling, room bookings, equipment setup, and participant registration. Learning Management System (LMS) : Support the administration of the learning management system, including user management, course assignments, content uploads, and reporting. Training Materials : Assist in the development and distribution of training materials, presentations, handouts, and other resources to support learning initiatives. Communication : Communicate with trainers, facilitators, and participants to provide information about training programs, schedules, and logistics, and address any inquiries or issues. Evaluation and Feedback : Assist in collecting and analyzing training evaluation data and feedback from participants, and prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness and areas for improvement. Vendor Management : Coordinate with external training vendors, suppliers, and consultants to schedule training sessions, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certification, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives, and contribute ideas for new training programs or initiatives.
