Multi-site programme management

Oversight of service delivery and optimisations/continuous improvement

Oversight of Automation proposals and implementation

Review plans, progress, performance, risks and issues

Leadership mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ITSM tools

PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
