1. SAP Technical Project Manager -2
   • Location: [Pune] [Hyderabad]
   • Job Type: Full-Time.
   • Experience Required: 15+ years

• Manage full-cycle SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts.
• Ensure delivery of project objectives through effective management of scope, budget, risks, and quality.

• Collaborate with CXOs, Business Heads, and IT leaders to define and align project goals.
• Lead steering committee meetings and present executive-level dashboards.
• Drive change management and training efforts for global user adoption.

• Manage global, cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to project team members.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and productivity management.

• Establish robust governance frameworks including RAID logs, change control boards, and audit compliance.
• Apply ITIL/PMO standards and ensure GxP/SOX compliance where applicable.

• Bachelor s or master s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP experience, with at least 6 years in Project/Program Management roles.
• Have a good understanding of BTP, CPI, AI Joule, SAC & Signavio.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, WM, or SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in SAP Activate , Agile , Waterfall , or Hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Central Finance).
