Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to join our global RevOps team. In this role, you will work closely with both demand marketing and customer marketing teams to support and execute marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing our email marketing calendar, creating campaigns in SFDC and Marketo, and ensuring seamless execution and quality assurance of email campaigns, amongst other responsibilities.

This role requires a strong background in marketing operations, experience with email marketing platforms & martech systems, and an ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and teams.

Key Responsibilities |

Campaign Management:

oManage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are scheduled, executed, and tracked according to the plan.

oWork with demand marketing and customer marketing teams to align campaign goals and plans.

oCollaborate with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, assets, and content.
