Job Description
Location: Gurgaon Work from office only
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using CakePHP and core PHP.
- Work with frontend and backend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs and handle third-party service integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the product and QA team for timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in PHP development with strong expertise in CakePHP framework.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
- Strong experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and JSON/XML.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands and web hosting.
