Job Description

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
  
• Write automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and business processes.
  
• Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and reporting using SQL.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Optimize and maintain relational database structures (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
  
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain code quality.
  
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 48 years of experience in Python programming.
  
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  
• Experience with automation using Python (e.g., data pipelines, process automation, cron jobs).
  
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development (Flask, Django, FastAPI).
  
• Familiarity with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
  
• Experience working with version control tools like Git.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Experience with task queues (Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ).
  
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript) is a plus
