Java Developer @ NICE

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and integrate with frontend systems.
• Work on application performance tuning and scalability.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 6+ years of experience in Java (8/11+) development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
