Role Overview

Were looking for a dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant our employee onboarding experience using SAPs cutting-edge Onboarding 2.0 module. This role blends HR expertise, technical configuration, and experience design to deliver a seamless, personalised, and scalable onboarding journey for new hires across the organisation.

Youll be the go-to expert for implementing, optimising, and managing the Onboarding 2.0 moduleensuring it aligns with our talent strategy, integrates with other SuccessFactors modules, and delivers measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
    • Configure onboarding workflows, panels, dashboards, and compliance forms , Onboarding & Offboarding.
    • Integrate with Recruiting, Employee Central, and third-party systems
  • Process Optimisation:
    • Automate tasks and notifications to streamline Day One readiness
    • Ensure alignment with global and local compliance requirements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers to align onboarding goals
    • Train HR teams and end-users on Onboarding 2.0 features and best practices
    • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Experience Design:
    • Personalise onboarding journeys based on role, location, and business unit
    • Create engaging content and touchpoints to foster connection and culture
    • Monitor feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Build dashboards and reports to track onboarding metrics and KPIs
    • Analyse data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Onboarding 2.0
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and compliance
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations
  • Fluent communication, project management,

Preferred Skills

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding 2.0
  • Experience in global onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with experience design or employee journey mapping
