Job Title: Firmware Developer Microcontrollers & RTOS

Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: (Full-time)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Firmware Developer to design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with various MCU platforms, real-time systems, and sensor integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based applications.
  
• Work on various MCU platforms including MSP430, PIC32, IMX, and STM32.
  
• Design and implement real-time applications using at least one RTOS.
  
• Integrate and interface multiple sensors with microcontrollers.
  
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and testing teams to ensure robust product delivery.
  
• Debug, test, and optimize firmware for performance and reliability.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Firmware Developer or Embedded Engineer.
  
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
  
• Hands-on experience with sensor integration in MCU platforms.
  
• Experience with at least one RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.).
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with development tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in low-power firmware development.
  
• Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
