Job Description

6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery lead in a tech environment

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and hybrid approaches (Agile/Lean/XP)

Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA)

Expertise in JIRA and Confluence; experience managing workflows, boards, reports

Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable navigating time zone differences and working asynchronously

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
