This is a full-time, on-site Chat Support role located in Noida. The Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical and customer support through live chat. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role demands excellent analytical and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualification
- Customer Support skills including resolution of inquiries and complaints
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a chat support role is a plus
- Min 6 Months of chat experience is mandatory
- Undergraduates can also apply
- Candidate Should be able to handle dual chat
