The Associate Director, Digital Commerce - Solutions Specialist & Business Development, will be instrumental in driving FCCs growth by architecting tailored digital commerce solutions for clients. This role involves responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), delivering compelling client pitches, and formulating strategies to retain and expand existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Design and propose customized digital commerce solutions leveraging FCCs composable commerce architecture to meet client-specific requirements.
RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, including requirement analysis, solution design, proposal drafting, and presentation.
Client Engagement: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of FCCs solutions.
Business Development Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients to expand FCCs market presence.
Client Retention: Collaborate with Customer Success team to devise and implement strategies aimed at retaining and growing existing client accounts.
