Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented EDI Business Analyst (Support Engineer) for our Pune team. You will own the setup, configuration, and support of EDI processes (including transactions 110, 210, 310) within our web application, ensuring seamless data exchange between business systems and trading partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• EDI Configuration & Management: Onboard trading partners; configure, test, and maintain EDI transaction sets (e.g., 110, 210, 310) within the web application.
• Business Analysis: Gather EDI requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and analyze EDI data for process improvements.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors, communication issues, and data discrepancies promptly.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Liaise with internal teams and external partners; maintain clear EDI documentation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an EDI Analyst, Specialist, or Support Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and transaction sets (specifically 110, 210, 310).
• Experience with EDI mapping, configuration, and testing, preferably within a web application environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with EDI communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, API).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
