Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Utilize MongoDB basics for analyzing and understanding database-related issues.
• Apply advanced Excel formulas for data manipulation and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between Business Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Analyze production bugs, provide insights, and assist the engineering team in issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, bugs, and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or an MBA.
• 1-3yrs of experience in writing and executing SQL queries
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy in analysis.

Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL queries and database analysis.
• Basic understanding of MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
