Job Description
- Develop and maintain sample applications, SDKs, and integration libraries to showcase our products capabilities
- Create high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and API documentation
- Represent the company at developer conferences, meetups, and other events, delivering technical presentations and workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to gather and communicate developer feedback, influencing product roadmaps
- Engage with the developer community through various channels, including forums, social media, and GitHub
- Analyze developer needs and usage patterns to improve developer experience and adoption of our products
- Contribute to open-source projects and support the broader developer ecosystem
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create developer-focused content and strategies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in developer relations or a similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Extensive experience with API development and documentation
- Proficiency in creating technical content, including blogs, tutorials, and demos
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with developer tools, platforms, and modern software development practices
- Knowledge of open-source software and experience contributing to open-source communities
- Understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, and containerization technologies
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for conferences and developer events (when safe to do so)
