Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using Oracle Fusion HCM products.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM modules ensuring successful adoption of the system.
Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
7-10 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Functional (HRMS) projects.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations of ERP systems like Oracle EBS or similar technologies.
