End-user Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.

System Setup and Deployment: Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and software applications. Ensure all devices are set up according to company standards and security guidelines.

Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patch management on desktops and laptops. Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems promptly.

User Training and Documentation: Train end-users on the proper use of IT equipment and software applications. Create and maintain user documentation to facilitate self-help resources.

Remote Support: Offer remote support to off-site employees and troubleshoot issues through remote desktop tools.

Asset Management: Keep track of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software licenses. Ensure accurate records and conduct periodic inventory audits.

Security and Compliance: Adhere to IT security policies and guidelines to protect company data and systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Collaborate with IT Team: Work closely with other IT team members, including network administrators and system administrators, to resolve complex issues and improve overall IT infrastructure.

Incident Management: Log, track, and manage IT incidents using the company's ticketing system. Provide timely updates and resolutions to end-users.

Hardware Procurement: Assist in the procurement process for new IT equipment, ensuring compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to organizational standards.
