Job Description

Lead customer experience design initiatives to enhance user journeys across multiple touchpoints, both digital and physical Use data-driven insights, customer feedback, and behavior analytics to inform design decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, engineering, and support to implement seamless CX solutions Design wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes to test and validate customer flows Drive customer research initiatives including surveys, usability testing, and persona development Define and track CX KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and customer retention, using them to prioritize projects Serve as the voice of the customer in strategic discussions, advocating for intuitive and impactful experiences
