Job Description

freshworks is looking for Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferencesDeveloping and iterating design concepts and prototypes based on user feedback and product requirementsCreating detailed wireframes, mockups, and other design assets to communicate design solutionsCollaborating with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementationCreating design specifications and documentation to support implementationConducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterationsCreating and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platformsCommunicating design solutions and trade- offs to stakeholders and seeking input and feedbackExcellent communication and presentation skills
