Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and conversion of leads into paying customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, products/services offered by the company.
