Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our international contact center team for a Fresher role.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires flexibility, technical proficiency, and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary.
