Job Description

Experience Required:

3-5 years (Mandatory experience in full and final settlement processes)

Job Description:

Manage full and final settlement processes end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.

Independently handle full and final settlement for exiting employees, including calculation, processing, documentation, and TDS compliance.

Ensure timely and accurate settlement of dues such as salary, bonuses, leave encashment, gratuity, PF, and other statutory benefits.

Address employee queries related to settlements; coordinate with payroll and finance teams.

Maintain detailed records and create MIS reports related to exits and settlements.
