Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Air Ticketing Executives. The role involves booking and issuing air tickets, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process in compliance with airline policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Book domestic and international flight tickets for passengers

Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per client requests and airline guidelines

Provide accurate fare information, travel itineraries, and booking details

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, schedules, and pricing

Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for ticket confirmations and changes

Ensure accurate data entry and maintain booking records

Required Skills:

Good communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of GDS/CRS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred)

Basic computer literacy and typing skills

Attention to detail and time management

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

Age: 18–30 years

Certification in air ticketing or travel management preferred

Freshers can apply; experience in travel or aviation is an added advantage
