Job Description
- Position: Civil Site Engineer
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 57 years
- Salary (CTC): 6 LPA
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) from project drawings.
- Conduct rate analysis of various civil works items.
- Study client tenders thoroughly and assist with rate quotations under senior guidance.
- Prepare tenders for the companys contractors/vendors.
- Produce MIS reports (Daily Progress Reports, Weekly/Monthly progress, bar charts, etc.) for multiple sites.
- Perform periodic visits to project sites.
- Coordinate project activities according to management requirements.
- Must have good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering/construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent analytical and rate analysis abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Report preparation (MIS, progress reports)
- Knowledge of tendering and contract procedures
