Job Description

Interact regularly with doctors and operating theatre (OT) staff to promote and create demand for the assigned product range.

Ensure thorough coverage of all targeted doctors, following the classification and guidelines set by the company.

Execute the company's sales strategies effectively within the assigned territory.

Collect relevant market data and insights, and report the same to the Area Business Manager (ABM).

Uphold and operate within the company's established systems, processes, and core values.

Preferred Qualification: Degree in Science (e.g., B.Sc, B.Pharm).

Non-Science Graduates: Eligible only if currently working in a healthcare company with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience.

D.Pharm Holders: Must have at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical company.

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry (preferred).

Science Graduates: At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Non-Science and D.Pharm Candidates: At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or pharma sector.

Prior exposure to selling medical devices or pharmaceutical products is a plus.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and market dynamics

Ability to effectively manage a sales territory

Skilled in gathering and reporting market intelligence
