About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist with a strong foothold in the chemical process manufacturing industry to drive business growth across West India. This role demands a blend of industry expertise, consultative selling skills, and a proven track record in solution-based sales. You will engage directly with manufacturers to help them adopt advanced solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue high-potential clients in the chemical process manufacturing sector (specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, paints & coatings, agrochemicals, etc.).
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through strategic relationship building.
  • Solution Consulting: Understand client operations and propose tailored solutions that address productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and market share targets for West India.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies with measurable KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare impactful proposals and presentations.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the chemical manufacturing space.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical process manufacturing industry.
  • Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers in the chemical sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred; MBA is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across West India.
