Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Tax Reporting and Compliance - S3 Provides operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients.
- Supports the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings. Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.
- Provides status updates on progress of data collection.
- Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more straightforward regulatory changes.
- Updates tax forms and information return layouts.
- Performs first-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies. Tracks data needed for tax calculations.
- Reviews work of junior team members, resolves data discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior team members.
Experience in financial services or related field is preferred. Bachelors degree in a business discipline preferred.
2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
Flexible in shifts
Knowledge of MS Office
