Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)


Company Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)


Job Description

We are urgently hiring for a Customer Support Executive Voice Process (Travel Domain) to join our team in Noida Location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a Travel Voice Process, along with working knowledge of Amadeus GDS tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice-based customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and travel-related support using Amadeus GDS tools.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve queries in a professional and timely manner while adhering to company policies.
  • Manage shift responsibilities and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Travel Voice Process.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
  • Communication: Must be fluent in English with certification or equivalent proficiency.
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts (24x7 support).
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off).

Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: 4.5 LPA (Depending upon last drawn)
  • Incentives: Performance-based (if applicable)
