We are looking for Microsoft 365 Project Manager with 10 to15 Years skilled candidates.

What You'll Do:
- Position Global IS&T Global M365 Project Manager India Mission We are looking for an M365 Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Global Collaboration Services.
- The person will be responsible for managing all the projects portfolio for the team and implementing best practices in project management (tools, methodology).
- Projects will be centered on Microsoft Office 365 suite of collaboration products (including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Exchange, and OneDrive) and related productivity-based solutions.
- The project manager will work with technical team members and stakeholders to ensure success of all phases of the project (initiation, execution, closure).
- We are looking for individuals that are customer-oriented and who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Responsible for managing projects (timeline, tasks, reporting, documentation, steering committee) and delivery of collaboration projects.
- Reporting of projects KPI in the teams dashboard .
- Organize and animate projects meetings, steering committees, whether it is physical meetings or virtual meetings using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Create project documentation (PID, RACI, risks). Capacity to create PowerPoint presentation to present projects (new projects, status updates, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive morale and providing clarity about competing priorities.
- Capacity to work on multiple projects at once and managing priorities, being able to delegate and escalate if there are delays.
- Profile LanguageBasic knowledge on Microsoft 365 (messaging, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) 10 years experience in managing IT projects for large companies with worldwide presence.
- Knowledge / certification on Project Management skills is valued (PMP and similar certifications) Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills to communicate with tact and being patient with people who have minimal technical understanding/knowledge.
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with leadership teams Able to use Microsoft Project.
- PlannerPerson must be able to be autonomous and being able to organized the tasks to deliver on time and not waiting for management to tell how to do English ,French / Spanish (nice to have).
