Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing clients for policy renewals (Motor & Health Insurance).
Explain renewal benefits, policy features, and ensure timely renewals.
Follow up with customers through calls, emails, or WhatsApp for document collection and premium payments.
Handle queries regarding insurance policies and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for renewals.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum1 year of experience in General Insurance (Motor & Health preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).

Immediate joiners preferred.
