Job description:

MDM Strategy & Governance:

• Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud, establishing robust governance frameworks for Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer data domains.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure MDM solutions support business goals and industry best practices.
  
• Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality standards across all master data domains.
  
• Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to ensure seamless synchronization of Product, Supplier, and Customer data throughout business processes.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to align business processes with ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.
  
• Lead the migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accurate data mapping, transformation, validation, and overall data integrity.
  
• Oversee all aspects of master data transition, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
  
• Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and key performance metrics.
