IBR Welder(Boiler Section)

Pan Man

Boiler Fitter

Evaporator/Quad operator

DM Plant Operator

Centrifugal operator-2

All openings require, minimum of 8 years of experience in a sugar plant is required

Status: Bachelor (Family status - after 1 contract)

Compensation based on work experience, skillset, current salary and benefits, past and future increments, as well as interview performance.

The savings salary will be between INR 60,000 and INR 90,000 per month & benefits based on current salary and benefits, past and future increments, as well as interview performance.

Benefits: Air tickets (joining + paid leave), Visa Sponsorship, Medical Coverage, Accommodation, Meals (3 times a day) & Other Standard Benefits as per company policy and labour laws

Leave Policy: 30 days of paid leave upon completing 24 months of continuous service during the first contract. From the second contract onward, 30 days of paid leave annually.

Contract Period: The initial contract period is 2 years. From the second contract onward, the duration will be 1 year. (Renewable by mutual consent between the employee and the employer)

Benefits are provided in addition to salary and are not included in the compensation package.

The employer will bear the cost of air tickets and visa charges.

Bachelor-status employees will receive air tickets and visas upon joining and during paid leave.

Family-status employees and their families will receive air tickets and visas upon joining and during paid leave.

Standard benefits will comply with host country labour laws and company policies, and will be detailed in the job offer letter.

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
