Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work on semi-voice processes to handle complex issues requiring verbal interactions with customers.
  • Handle backend operations, ensuring efficient processing of customer requests through various channels (email, chat, blended process).
  • Utilize email support systems to manage high volumes of emails efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for quality assurance purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in back office or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of backend operations, including email support and blended processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively with international clients preferred.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
