About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead business growth for our CAD/CAM solutions across the commercial manufacturing sector in North India. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships with SMEs, job shops, tooling companies, and component manufacturers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and has a passion for helping manufacturers achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute targeted sales plans to grow CAD/CAM solution adoption across North India.
  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and acquire new customers in the commercial manufacturing segment.
  • Key Account Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct high-impact presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs.
  • Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM sales experience or equivalent manufacturing solutions.
  • Strong industry network in the commercial manufacturing market within North India.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the North India region.
