Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8-10+ years of experience in IT strategy, management consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of technology trends, including cloud, AI, automation, data strategy, and agile delivery.
• Proven ability to link business goals to IT initiatives.
• Ability to take a holistic approach to IT simplification and develop actionable Roadmaps
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technologies
• Ability to develop business cases to support digital transformation initiatives
• Expertise in IT operating models, capability maturity frameworks, FinOps and value realization approaches.
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to listen with empathy.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Prior experience in a top-tier strategy or tech consulting firm.
• experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience in legacy system assessment, cloud adoption, AI and digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration approaches (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, refactoring).
• Understanding of DevOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), APIs, and automation tools.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Gartner) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in IT4IT, CoBIT or ITIL methodologies
• MBA or equivalent professional experience
