VP Business Marketing Motilal Oswal

About the Role
You will lead our business marketing function, shaping strategies that drive growth across franchise partners, retail channels and physical touchpoints. From streamlining marketing operations to crafting high-impact franchise campaigns, retail activations and event experiences, youll ensure Motilal Oswals brand and offerings resonate with every stakeholderonline and offline.

What Youll Do

  • Own business operations marketing by defining goals, tracking performance and collaborating with sales, product and finance teams to turn data into strategic actions
  • Define and execute the communication strategy for our physical channelsbranch offices, partner outlets and roadshowsto ensure consistent messaging, drive footfall and deepen partner engagement
  • Develop and roll out franchise marketing programs that empower partners, highlight success stories and strengthen our networks market presence
  • Create retail marketing plans including in-store activations, local promotions and co-branded initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Plan and manage events from investor summits and roadshows to partner conferences and community meetups, ensuring each experience reflects our brand and delivers measurable ROI
  • Coordinate with design, digital, PR and analytics teams to build integrated campaigns that amplify our research insights and product offerings across all channels
  • Monitor key metrics for each marketing pillar, analyze results and refine tactics to continuously improve reach, conversion and partner satisfaction
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing team of marketing managers, event specialists and operations leads, fostering collaboration and a shared drive for excellence

Who You Can Be

  • A strategic marketer with at least 10 years of experience in B2B2C or financial services, including franchise, retail and physical-channel marketing
  • A communication architect who can craft and roll out clear, compelling messaging across both digital and brick-and-mortar touchpoints
  • A relationship builder who inspires and enables partners, sales teams and cross-functional colleagues to execute on ambitious marketing plans
  • An event expert who has designed and delivered conferences, roadshows or brand activations that engage audiences and meet business goals
