Job Description

Greetings from WNS.

We are hiring for a Refunds associate for an International Airlines at WNS Global Sevices.

Walk in for an interview from 18th Aug Monday to 20th Aug Wednesday from 11am-3pm at WNS Plant 5 Vikhroli.

Designation: Refunds associate

Location : Vikhroli West

Shift : Rotational shifts with 1 rotational week off

Pick up drop facility provided.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handling customer Refunds , taking care of the chargeback.
Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate/ IATA certified.
Experience in refunds & on GDS. Experience in Travel industry would be an added advantage.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Comfortable to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
