Note:
Talents should have graduation completion certificate, mark sheets & relevant experience letters for onboarding.
Additional information:
- 1-2 years of full-time work experience in BPO/BPM industry and especially Mortgage (Servicing and Origination) and Retail Banking (Investment Services) domain experience will be the added advantage.
- Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education and Any non-Technical Graduate.
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments
- Comfortable to work in complete night shifts
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Should be comfortable working from office.

Documents and things to Carry:
Carry a print out your updated resume;
Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations
Mandatory to carry Smartphone and Headset for Assessment, ID proof Hardcopy.
Pointers to note:
Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions. Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance
