Responsibilities:
Having experience for 1 year to 3 years in handling international voice process. Preferably US clients
Responding to client calls, requests and chat.
Providing technical support via phone and chat.
Resolving issues via phone or chat.
Providing 24/7 support and ability to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically.
Knowledge on Service Now ticketing tool.
