Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION
Documents/Reports:
- SLA documentation & Report sharing on desired intervals
- Should be able to prepare Senior management reports and snapshots for reviews
- To work as a member of the operational team to achieve the business goals and objectives
- Audit data analysis and preparation of various MIS reports
- Real Time Analysis
- Preparation of Internal and External audit report after the respective audits
- Maintaining all the process related documents
- Collation & tracking of incident reports
- Data handling needs someone who is extremely comfortably in excel, with a long history of using it not just to follow a process but can critically think through the data spotting anomalies that need to be flagged for review.
- Diary Discipline there are certain tasks that need to be completed within certain timelines and need someone who does not need to be reminded twice.
- Accountability we need someone who will take personal responsibility to get a job done and if issues arise work with the wider team to resolve.
- Experience looking for someone experienced, who can methodically and calmly work through a structured approach.
Qualifications
- Graduation from any background
- Well Versed in MS office
- Experience in Power Query is preferred
- Good to have experience in extracting and handling reports from PEGA application.
- Experience in handling Payments KPIs reports and working with Major International Banks are Preferred.

- Should be fluent in English

Reporting

Work Experience:
- Minimum 2- 5 years relevant experience in MIS
- Location: Hyderabad, Chennai & Bengaluru
- Office timings: Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (Usual timings will be 5 days a week)
