Job Description
SAP ETM Support:
Responsibilities
- Provide daily functional support for the SAP ETM module, resolving user inquiries, incidents, and problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to ETM business processes, including equipment master data, shipping documents, settlement, and reporting.
- Configure and customize the SAP ETM module to meet evolving business requirements. This includes working with master data, catalog management, settlement calendars, and pricing procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SD (Sales and Distribution), FI (Financial Accounting), and CO (Controlling), to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new configurations and developments.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, business processes, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the SAP ETM system.
- Work with the technical team (ABAP) to develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
- Participate in SAP projects, including upgrades, implementations, and rollouts, as an ETM subject matter expert.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ETM functional support and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of core ETM functionalities, including:
- Equipment Master Data and Catalogs
- Shipping and Settlement Packages
- Time-based and Performance-based Equipment Documents (TBE/PBE)
- Settlement and Billing processes (integration with SAP SD and FI/CO)
- Equipment Planning and Inventory Management
- Solid understanding of integration points with other key SAP modules, especially SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Sales and Distribution (SD). Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Experience with testing methodologies, including creating test scripts and managing defect resolution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- SAP certification in ETM or a related module.
