HCC Coding Hiring : Omega Healthcare

Job Title: Process Coach HCC Medical Coding | CRC/CPC Certified

Location: Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Coder or Quality Analyst in HCC Medical Coding
• CRC or CPC certification (mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High accuracy and quality focus in coding audits

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor coding teams on HCC medical coding guidelines
• Review and audit coded charts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide constructive feedback and targeted training to coders
• Support process improvements and standardization efforts
• Work closely with quality and operations teams to meet client KPIs

Employment Type: Full-time
