Job Description
Job Responsibilities -
- Accountability of IP & Central stores (all stores of SCM Deptt. for 24*7 operations to user services.
- Coordinate with Purchase department for supply of goods timely to minimize stock out.
- Monitoring of controlled Drugs/Narcotic as per protocol & SOPs.
- Physical Stock verification Audit of all Departments as per SOPs.
- Monitoring of material to minimize the inventory days to meet the target.
- Apply ABC /VED & FSN analysis tools to minimize inventory.
- Monitoring of near expiry & Nonmoving items should return to vendor on time.
- Monitoring OT stores to functioning on peak level with minimum emergency requirement.
- Monitoring on Regular basis on High value items audit to control the pilferage & shortage if any.
- Monitoring on Antibiotic process and control on Narcotic/Ketamine issue on daily basis to minimize the mistakes done if any.
- Monitoring ROL Items to control inventory and minimize the shortage with RCA.
- Looking after All SCM Department MIS.
- Reports send to various departments or persons as per compliance like FSN Report, Consumption report, Near Expiry report, and cash purchase approval.
Submission of Narcotic Return/Renewal/Revise estimate Quarterly & Yearly (Subject to SOPs and Gov Norms)
Preferred candidate profile :
D. Pharma/ B. Pharma with minimum 7+ Years of experience as Head Store in Hospital
