Overall Job Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations and processes with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Focus on increasing the employee value proposition of the bank with high-net-worth clientele.
• Implement best practices to enhance customer experience and strengthen customer value chain.
• Drive and achieve challenging targets set by the bank consistently.
• Manage the entire gamut of business in line with growing organisational needs.

Sales and Sales Process

• Fully responsible for Branch P & L revenue & cost.
• Managing a Profit Centre with profitability being the key result area through acquisition of net worth accounts, enhancing NII income, transaction fees, generating revenue from third party products and managing OPEX.
• Sales generation CASA & Third-Party Wealth Products.
• Responsible for Branch Banking & HNI segment.
• Set up of branches from their nascent stages to increasing the book size manifold.
• Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank.

Qualify Mandatory Certifications within the probation period:

• AMFI - Association of Mutual Funds in India (Mandatory)
• IRDAI - Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India (Desirable)
