4.To manage Inbound & Outbound Call / Email
5.Communicating courteously with customers
6.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
7.Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services,
8.orders, or obtain details of complaints.
9.Collecting orders & Follow up for payments from the distributors on the basis of previous records.
10.Resolve the issues related material damage or delay of material supply or any other issues
11.Keep good relationship with customers
12.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
13.Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
14.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
