Job Title: HNI Relationship Manager
Location: Hyderabad & Kochi
Job Overview: As an HNI Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), understanding their financial needs, and offering them customized insurance and investment solutions. The role will involve a combination of sales, client relationship management, and providing tailored financial solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of HNIs, understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
- Provide expert advice on a range of insurance and investment products including life insurance, health insurance.
- Conduct regular meetings with HNIs to offer personalized solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell insurance and investment products to the HNI clientele.
- Stay updated on market trends and financial products to provide the best solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and other KPIs set by the company.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Attend networking events and maintain a robust network of HNI prospects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of insurance and investment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
- Self-driven with a strong passion for sales and relationship building.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Postgraduate in any relevant field (e.g., MBA Finance, Business Administration).
Compensation:
- For Freshers: 5 LPA
