  • Education Qualification Min. Graduate
  • Good English verbal and written skills required.
  • Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
  • Interact with customers.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
  • Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
