Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Centre of Excellence.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across various business functions.
- Collaborate with leadership to align CoE objectives with overall business goals. Identify, develop, and implement industry best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Standardize and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure seamless execution of CoE strategies.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Explore emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance business capabilities.
- Promote a culture of innovation, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing CoE team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in leading Centre of Excellence, strategy, or transformation roles. Candidates from Banks/Fintech/NBFC would be preferred.
- Proven track record in process optimization, innovation, and change management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in digital transformation and technology-driven initiatives is a plus.
