Job title: Program Manager (Investments Analytics & Campaigns) at Gurgaon

Location: Gurugram Office

BU/Function : Consumer & Affluent Banking (Investments)

Reports to: Senior Management

Role Details

Campaign management & Investment analytics have become key growth drivers to build AUM via SIPs & engaging existing bank customers on various Investment products. Overall Job Description

• Deliver on dash boards & analytical solutions pertaining to Investments at bank level (Affluent & Consumer banking) using advanced statistical methods, leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise.
• Preparing analytical reports & sales+ Budget planning to the management team on Investments to devise campaigns & cross sell strategies (Investment products)
• Designing end-to-end cross sell models on ETB customers through B2C & via channels
• Work on critical business analysis to drive positive impact on channel performance, product offering, customer experience and sales.
• Stay abreast of current business developments and coordination with key stakeholders like digital, product, campaign, MIS & marketing teams.
• Successfully engage in multiple project initiatives simultaneously

Analytical solutions around (but not limited to): Cross sell, Forecasting, Propensity modelling, Segmentations, Campaign optimization

EDUCATION

Essential requirement:

• Graduate / PG (Statistics/ Business Management/ Economics)
• 5+ years of industry experience in the same field ( Banks/ AMCs/ Fintech/ Investments/ Brokerage houses)

Preferred: Experience in to same field (Investments) & Tier I business school

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: Excel, Power Point, Investment products

Any specific requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Inquisitiveness and a desire for continuous self-improvement and development of new skills.
• Knowledge and experience of Investment products
