We are hiring for Customer Service Profile for Voice Process

Location - Noida(WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for resolving complaints of customers via voice.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Resolving customer queries.

Eligibility

• Excellent English communication skill is required.
• Graduation mandatory.
• Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
• Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
• 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
• Immediate joiners are required.
